When we reply
We answer emails within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bulgarian public holidays.
Phone calls are answered when we are able to take them. If we miss you, email is the surest way to get a reply.
What to include
If your message is about an order, please include your order number. If something has arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please attach clear photographs of the bag and the packaging. It lets us sort things out in one exchange rather than three.
Custom orders
We take commissions. Email us or send a message on Instagram with the colours, size and style you have in mind, and we will tell you what is possible and agree a price and a timescale with you in writing.
Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once you have confirmed the specification. See our Returns and Cancellations policy.
