These terms apply to every order placed through blessedbydv.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept them.

Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any part of this website, including our photographs, product descriptions, designs and name, without our written permission.

Our bags are handmade, and no two are identical

This is the most important thing on this page, so please read it before you order.

Every bag is crocheted by hand, one at a time. Small differences in size, stitch, tension, shape and colour are a normal feature of handmade work and are not faults. Measurements given on a product page are approximate and may vary by a centimetre or two.

Yarn is dyed in batches, and colour can differ slightly between batches. Colours also look different on different screens. We photograph every bag as accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee that what you see on your device matches the bag exactly.

Each bag listed on our shop is the actual bag you will receive. When it sells, it is gone.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline an order, and we will refund you in full if we do. Reasons include a bag being sold or damaged, an error in the price or description, a delivery address we cannot ship to, or a suspected fraudulent order.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and include Bulgarian VAT. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout. We do not receive or store your card details.

We take care with our pricing, but if a bag is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Custom orders

We accept commissions for bags made in colours, sizes or combinations you choose.

Before we begin we will agree your specification and a timescale in writing, and ask you to confirm it. Once you have confirmed, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Payment is taken in full before work starts.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to cancel, and the condition a bag must be in when returned, are set out in our Returns and Cancellations policy. Both form part of these terms.

Caring for your bag

Cotton tube yarn marks easily and cannot be cleaned back to new. We are not responsible for damage caused by use, washing, staining, colour transfer, scent, heat, sunlight, overloading, or storage that stretches the bag out of shape.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs, strikes, extreme weather, or illness. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, where the delay is significant, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
