Bag Care
- Spot clean by hand with cool water and a little mild soap - dab, do not scrub
- Reshape while damp and dry flat, away from radiators and direct sunlight
- Do not machine wash, soak, wring or tumble dry
- Deeper shades can transfer colour when wet - keep them off light fabrics
- Store flat and out of direct sunlight - hanging it by the handle stretches it
- Carry it light - crochet gives under weight
- Do not cut or pull loose yarn ends or knots inside the bag

Shipping
- Every bag is made by hand and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days
- Bulgaria: 3 to 5 business days with Econt or Speedy - €4.50, free over €90
- International: 5 to 8 business days - €16.00, free over €200
- You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way

Returns
- Ready-made bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled once confirmed
- Return postage is paid by the customer
- The bag must come back unused and in the condition it arrived
